History of the Company
The development of the Company proceeded stage by stage. Since 1996 the structure was organized and it consisted of enterprises - subsidiary, carrying out purchasing activity in the basic agrarian areas of the country and JSC “Trading house "Artos", the largest Ukrainian exporter of sunflower oil, oil meal, oil cake, grain and oil-bearings.
The following stage was to a formation of industrial base, consisted of Kirovograd oil extracting plant, and organization of a grain elevators and cereal receiving stations chain, allowing to deal effectively with provision, storage and trans-shipment, necessary for loading own processing capacities and rendering of services in the grain and oil market of Ukraine.
Organization of a motor transport enterprise, purchase of rail tanks, formation of freight-forwarding and logistical chains (transport-forwarding service on trans-shipment of cargoes through port grain elevators of Odessa, Il’ichevsk, Nikolayev and Kherson) has allowed to finish the process of formation of the company with the closed production-trading cycle which enables to project precisely final cost of a product and to plan also risks’ development and management. The oil’s sales geography’s expansion, the acquired experience and reputation of the Company as the one, that carrying out conditions of payments and deliveries faultlessly has caused increase of direct sales at CIF terms.
In 2004 the large project connected with reconstruction of the plant in Kirovograd has been begun.
The acquired experience connected with launch in operation in 2001 the Modified fats plant and its sequent advantageous sale was one of the stages which has proved the way chosen by the Company management and correctness of the taken strategy of the Company development and business conduct.
A truly chosen strategy of development of vertical structuring of the integrated company has allowed not only to meet the competition to transnational corporations but also to occupy leading positions in the branch.

1996 Foundation of “Grain Trading Company” LLC.
1997 Foundation of JSC “Trading House "Artos" - the largest exporter of sunflower oil, oil meal, oil cake, grain and oil-bearings
1998 Purchase of a control share holding of JSC "Kirovogradoliya"
2000 Purchase of 66 % of shares of JSC “Trykratsky bakery plan”
2001 Purchase of 50 % of JSC “Plant of Modified Fats”.
2004 Foundation of JSC "MTE-2004"
2004 Beginning of renovation of oil extraction plant the JSC "Kirovogradoliya"
2005 Beginning of construction of the combined thermal power station at the JSC "Kirovogradoliya"
2005 Construction of a new granary in Kirovograd with capacity of 100 000 tons the JSC “Elevator - GTC”
August, 2005 Sale of 50 % of JSC “Plant of Modified Fats”.
2005 Foundation of the Group “Grain Trading Company Allseeds - Ukraine”
2006 The Group “Grain Trading Company Allseeds - Ukraine” has purchased the part of fixed-capital assets of the integral property complex of oil-processing plant in the city of Nikolayev
