JSC «Kirovogradoliya»

JSC «Kirovogradoliya» heads the production structure of the Allseeds Group and is one of the largest Ukrainian enterprises for production of sunflower-seed oil and oil meal.

In 1998 the JSC «Kirovogradoliya» controlling stock has been purchased.

In 2004-2005 the reconstruction of the oil-extraction plant was realized including preparation workshop, oil-press workshop, and extracting workshop with total processing capacity of 1300 tons of sunflower seeds pro 24-hours, achieving the yield of 45-46 % of oil. Such technological modernization allowed the company to achieve 12% of sunflower-seeds’ processing in Ukraine (after the information of «Ukroliyaprom»). Engineering works and supply of technical equipment had been carried out by the company «De Smet».

The factory includes sunflower-seed oil’s storage (capacity - 7000 tons and oil meal storage (capacity – 3500 tons).

The power plant generates electric energy with power of 1.7 MW per year using the energy of sunflower- seeds husks’ combustion.

In March 2008 Allseeds Group has purchased the part of fixed - capital assets of integral property complex of the oil-processing plant in the city of Nikolayev.

The oil-pressing plan in the city of Nikolayev with aggregate productivity of 145 000 tons per year is designated for a production of crude oil by single-stage final pressing of prepared sunflower seeds with expellers. The high quality of the production is provided with application of new achievements of science and technique, progressive experiences in the field of production technologies and using of equipment of the company «Cimbria Sket GmbH». The storage capacity of sunflower-seed oil is 8 000 tons and of one of oil meal is 3 000 tons.

The enterprise is located at the Nikolayev river port that gives to the company essential logistic advantages on shipping of oil meal and crude oil through the Nikolayev ricer port.
